In my first 90 days leading a team as Verve's director of marketing and communications, I initiated a style guide refresh in order to clarify our visual identify, logo types, and color palette. As my team and I ramped up our use of graphics and charts in presentations and marketing efforts, we introduced a set of secondary colors to differentiate and aid in clarity.
